We are thrilled to open our virtual doors to you today, as we embark on a mission to provide vital support and housing solutions for single mothers in need, ensuring they have a safe and nurturing environment to thrive and build a better future for themselves and their families.
$5,000 DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE

At least 1 biological/adopted child

All children must be filed on previous tax year

How the Program Works
Rent one of our beautiful, partially furnished homes while we help you find and purchase a home for you and your child(ren). You will have up to 12 months to complete the process with ample support.
To qualify for the program, the following is required:
*Bankruptcy is accepted; however, you must be able to qualify for a home loan.
